The MultiEQP-100 Metallic Samples Processing Unit has been especially created to be a multipurpose equipment. The high versatility of this unit makes of it an essential instrument for the treatment and preparation of metallic samples.
Efficient pressing, cutting, crushing, punching, chopping and conforming of metallic samples. Pressing to prepare pellets of different diameters to be later analyzed by RFX. Punching to obrtain up to 3 pins at the same time for analysis in elemental analyzers. Crushing and conforming to have flat surfaces for analysis by spark spectrophotometry. Chopping to cut off the stick of the lollipops so they can be processed in robotic systems.
This unit can combine up to three working stations with capacity to handle, each of them, any of the tool types. This kind of equipment includes an especially designed system for the safe and quick exchange of tools. Each working station can be directly controlled from a single Control Unit or directly from the working unit itself.
The Control Unit has got a 7” touchscreen with a very intuitive software, which enables to easily control all the processes that the MultiEQP-100 can undertake. This makes of it a safe, effective and productive unit, really easy to operate.
