The EQH-3.0 Induction Furnace has been especially designed to heat up lollipops and rods for the quick softening of the material.

Nowadays the preparation of metallic samples is made of many and varied manners – depending on the hardness of the material -. Many times it is necessary a prior heating up of the sample to soften the metal and facilitate thus its later processing whether by crushing or punching.  The EQH-3.0 Induction Furnace makes this process easier, it can heat up a piece of metal at high temperatures in barely 30 seconds, as per the chosen program.

The EQH-3.0 Induction Furnace has got 5 pre-set programs to cover the requests of the sample preparation routines in steel plants and foundries.  These programs can be modified according to the sample type and the needs of each client.

The use of this furnace is very simple: once selected the desired program with the display and button panel, the sample can be placed inside the coil and then we push the “START” button; the furnace will heat the sample during the programmed time. The EQH-3.0 induction furnace is an autonomous system that does not require any extra cooling devices.
