The FX Induction Fluxer is a unit with a single induction furnace designed to prepare glass disks (beads) for analysis by XRF, as well as oxidations and dissolutions for analysis by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AA) or by atomic emission (OES), of all kind of samples such as oxides, alloys, geological simples, precious metals, cements, ceramics, etc…
The FX Series use electromagnetic induction to heat up the crucible in seconds homogeneously and efficiently. The temperature sensor, an optical pyrometer, allows the monitorization of the whole fusion process in continuous at the same time as carries out a precise control of the temperature ramps. The unit includes its own gas extraction system that avoids the need to use a gas extraction cabinet to undertake the fusion process.
The FX Series Fluxer enjoys an effective and compact design; a single module can prepare beads, dissolutions and oxidations without any added accessory. Small and with an independent gas extraction system, you can place it anywhere in the laboratory.
This design facilitates the maintenance, lowering costs. A PC app makes management simple and user friendly via a touch screen, at the same time letting the user visually follow up in real time the fusion process.
The FX fluxer is a modular equipment, so it is possible to join 1 or 2 more modules to have a FX2 or FX3, easily and without complications, at no additional cost except the purchase price of the new module/s.
