The EQR-200 Vibratory Disc Mill is an essential unit to obtain the necessary analytical granulometry size  as needed fo the steps of chemical attack and analysis by XRF.

The vibratory disc mil grinds by shears and pressure an ample range of different materials, from the semi-soft to hard, brittle or fibrous. To avoid the wear and tear of the milling tools, these are manufactured in hardened steel and/or Tungsten Carbide.

The EQR-200 Mill has no competitor in what regards the milling speed, it can produce particle sizes under 45 µm in less than 60 s. Handling the mill is simple and intuitive, controlling it by a digital screen and 5 pre-set programs.

This robust mill, thanks to its design and powerful engine, works evenly to produce homogeneous and repeatable grinding, with dispersions in the particle size of the sample ground of less than 1% P/P between consecutive grindings of the same material.

This is a safe and noiseless laboratory unit requiring very little or no maintenance, designed to work in analytical laboratories, sample preparation laboratories, or directly in the production area.
