    The FX2 Induction Fluxer is a unit composed of two FX modules, designed to prepare glass disks (beads) for analysis by XRF, as well as oxidations and dissolutions for analysis by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AA) or by atomic emission (OES). This fluxer has got 2 induction furnaces, completely independent from one another, so it is possible to work with the same fusion program in both modules, or autonomously with different programs, to prepare samples of different nature at the same time.

    The FX Series use electromagnetic induction to heat up the crucible in seconds homogeneously and efficiently. The temperature sensors, optical pyrometers, allow the monitorization of the whole fusion process in continuous at the same time as carry out a precise control of the temperature ramps in both modules at the same time, independently.  Additionally, the unit includes its own gas extraction system that avoids the need to use a gas extraction cabinet to undertake the fusion process.

    The high versatility of the FX2 fluxer enables the user to prepare beads or dissolutions with different materials, such as cements, ceramics, oxides, geological samples, alloys, precious metals, etc… at the same time, or significantly increase the productivity.

    The FX application in the PC is used to simultaneously manage the process in the two modules independently, a simple and user-friendly operation via a touchscreen.  The PC application not only allows the configuration, but also facilitates to visually follow up in real time the two fusion processes.

     

    The new generation of FX Series Fluxers is modular, so it is possible to join one more module to turn the fluxer into a FX3, increasing the productivity of our unit, or remove one of the modules, without affecting the work of the other, thus giving more versatility to the fluxer, all of it simply and easily
