The EQ-PUL Polishing Unit has been specially designed to offer a simple and swift method to polish the platinumware used with the F and FX Series fluxers.
The state of the platinumware to make the glass beads has a great influence in the final X-Ray analysis results. It is fundamental to have platinumware elements in good condition, without marks or scratches.
The EQ-PUL polishing unit provides a firm hold on the different pieces, both crucibles and molds, for subsequent sanding and polishing. This is an ergonomic equipment that simplifies the tedious polishing process. With the help of the speed regulation system up to 8 rotation levels, and the diverse sand grits and polishing liquids, you obtain crucibles and molds with perfectly polished surfaces, extending the lifespan of the platinumware.
The EQ-PUL Polishing unit is a compact equipment and user-friendly. It includes a clamping device to fix it to any workbench.
