The EQJ-100 Jaw Crusher  has been designed for the primary reduction of the size of hard, semi-hard and brittle materials. The crushing system is based in the oscillating movement of the mobile jaw, which presses the sample against the fixed jaw, guaranteeing an efficient and accurate process.

This oscillating movement will catch the sample, of sizes less than 50 mm, crushing and pushing it downwards, until obtaining a final size of less than the previously chosen gap width of the jaws.

Thanks to its high processing capacity, the EQJ-100 can crush mining test tubes, steel samples, etc., offering a productivity of 1kg/min. The jaws, made of high resistance manganese steel, can efficiently crush fragile materials like glass as well as very hard ferroalloys, including refined FeCr. It is, therefore, an easy-to-use equipment, of high capacity, efficient and safe.
