The Mining Fair is one of the most important events in the sector and brings together a large number of people involved in mining. The Anka Analitik team will is present with new solutions and projects.

They will be sharing exciting moments and new developments with attendees.

On March 25th and 26th, Pedro Vellosillo and Maximino Bedoya from Equilab joined us.

It was a pleasure to see all our friends, meet new ones, and share information and the latest developments in the analytical sector.

The training was led by Dr. Maximino Bedoya Gutiérrez, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, in collaboration with Engineer Feda Rahal from Anka Analitik Mekatronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.

The program was divided into two sessions. The theoretical part covered key concepts such as fusion principles, the use of borate fluxes, and best practices for preparing samples tailored to ICP and XRF analysis.

During the hands-on session, participants prepared various samples, putting the theoretical knowledge into practice.

The course concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where attendees had the opportunity to share questions, discuss challenges, and deepen their understanding of the topics addressed.

For three days, our technicians trained our distributors on our equipment.

These were three intense days, during which they received the training necessary to work with our equipment and thus be able to serve their customers in their respective countries.

The training isn’t over yet, as they will surely encounter problems not covered in the course, due to the different needs of each company. But they know they have our support and can contact our technicians whenever they need to help them resolve any difficulties they may encounter.

A quality management system (QMS) is a great tool that will help us plan, organize, and execute actions that will promote continuous company improvement.

The standard focuses not only on ensuring that a company provides compliant products and services, but also on demonstrating the organization’s commitment to meeting customer requirements.

Commercial success and continuous organizational improvement ensure customer satisfaction. And this is something we care deeply about.

Therefore, we will continue working to maintain our certification, with customer satisfaction being one of our priority objectives.

This was an opportunity to expand our knowledge and explore potential for improving our equipment.
